the proposal introduces a contemporary stone block into the historic context, filling the gap and repairing the fractures of time in a search to balance the tension between creating a new identity for the museum and respecting the existing one. through a composition that enhances solid and void, light and shadow, art and nature, excavations and subtractions are carved into this block to open the museum to the street and the garden, and to create luminous, dynamic spaces that link the old and new buildings, forming a continuous path for dialogue and freedom in art.
